Edible Audio Works: Inaugural Performance at Zibiru Restaurant

Executive chef Adriano Ricco and record producer/DJ/audio engineer Eric Reithler-Barros, the duo behind Edible Audio Works, launched their unique pop-up dining experience at Zibiru in December, 2015. Working hand-in-hand, Ricco and Reithler-Barros custom craft multi-sensory experiences that explore the interactions between audio and food. Zibiru is an Italian restaurant in Seminyak, Bali founded by Luigi Calcagno in 2012. Zibiru offers farm to table regional cuisine in a traditional Balinese setting. Dinner 5pm - 12am. Live jazz: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday. Live opera: Thursday.
