Edible Audio Works: Inaugural Performance at Zibiru Restaurant

Executive chef Adriano Ricco and record producer/DJ/audio engineer Eric Reithler-Barros, the duo behind Edible Audio Works, launched their unique pop-up dining experience at Zibiru in December, 2015. Working hand-in-hand, Ricco and Reithler-Barros custom craft multi-sensory experiences that explore the interactions between audio and food.
