Food culture is an important aspect of Chef Andrea Torelli's persona. As a contestant on MasterChef Italia 5, Chef Andrea demonstrated his cooking talent on live TV which led to numerous restaurant collaborations as well as teaching the art of Indonesian cuisine in Trento. This love of food culminated with a stint at the 2-star Michelin restaurant Villa Crespi Relais & Châteaux, helmed by famed Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo.
Zibiru Restaurant and Bottega Italiana Bali are proud to announce that Andrea Torelli has joined the team as Head Chef and will be working closely with Executive Chef/Restaurateur Luigi Calcagno to bring the flavours of Italy to life in new and unique ways.
